Plastic Heilex Ring is a crown-shaped raschig ring filler made of polypropylene (PP) and other plastic materials, made of injection molding, and is widely used in environmental protection, chemical industry, coal chemical industry, and steel pickling.
1. Plastic Heilex Ring structure design and material characteristics
Composite structural design
Plastic Heilex Ring adopts a composite structure of a saddle-shaped body and a conical open-hole cylinder, which significantly improves the specific surface area (up to 92.3m²/m³) and void ratio (about 95%), and optimizes the gas-liquid distribution efficiency. Its open-hole structure avoids nesting and stacking between fillers, reduces wall flow effect, and ensures uniform gas-liquid contact.
Material and temperature resistance
Main material: polypropylene (PP), RPP (reinforced polypropylene), PVC, CPVC and other materials can also be used.
Temperature resistance range: The short-term tolerance temperature of PP material reaches 150℃, and the normal use temperature is -30℃ to 100℃ (thermal deformation temperature 127℃).
Chemical stability: Resistance to most chemical reagents other than concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid, suitable for a variety of corrosive environments.
2. Plastic Heilex Ring Core performance advantages
High-efficiency mass transfer performance
Large flux and reduced pressure: The unique structural design allows the gas-liquid passage resistance to small, and the processing efficiency is increased by about 40%.
Strong pollution resistance: the surface is smooth and not easily adhered to pollutants. It is suitable for waste gas treatment containing particulate matter.
Mechanical and aging resistance
Good impact resistance: The injection molding process ensures the strength of the filler and does not stack when installed.
Improved aging resistance: By adding modified materials such as glass fiber, heat resistance (more than 120℃) and anti-aging properties can be improved.
