Ceramic Structured Tower Packing is a regular filler made of ceramic material, composed of unit bodies of the same geometric shape and has a corrugated structure. The corrugated inclination angle is divided into X-type (30°) and Y-type (45°). The Y-type has a higher inclination angle and better mass transfer performance. The material is mainly aluminum silicate ceramics, with a wide temperature resistance range (-100℃ to 1300℃). In addition to hydrofluoric acid, it can resist most acids, alkalis, salts and organic solvents.
二、Ceramic Structured Structural Performance Advantages
Corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance
Ceramic material gives it excellent corrosion resistance (excluding hydrofluoric acid) and high temperature resistance, and is suitable for strong acids, strong alkalis and high temperature reaction environments.
It has strong oxidation resistance and can operate stably in an oxidizing medium for a long time.
High quality transfer efficiency
The corrugated structure increases the specific surface area, promotes gas-liquid contact, and improves mass transfer efficiency.
Regularly arranged filler units optimize gas-liquid distribution and reduce pressure drop.
Mechanical strength and life
High mechanical strength, strong wear resistance, and a service life of up to 3-5 years (depending on working conditions and maintenance).
Low thermal expansion coefficient, stable dimensionality when temperature changes, reducing deformation risk.
Fluid dynamics performance
It has a large flow rate, reduced pressure, excellent anti-blocking performance, and is suitable for treating media containing solid particles.
The surface wet performance is good, the liquid flows fast, and the liquid hysteresis is low, reducing the risk of overheating and coking.
