Specifications: diameters range from 16mm to 100mm, wall thickness and height are adjusted according to the material.

Material cost

Plastics (such as PP): The price is relatively low, and the DN50 specification is about 700-2200 yuan/cubic meter.

Metals (such as 304 stainless steel): The price range spans a wide range, and the DN50 specification can reach thousands to tens of thousands of yuan/cubic meter.

Special materials (such as PTFE): Due to corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, the price can reach 10,000 yuan/cubic meter.

Specifications

The larger the diameter, the smaller the surface area per unit volume, but the void ratio increases, and the price increases with the complexity of the specification.

Precision molds and surface treatment (such as polishing) will increase costs.
