High-Alumina Ball Catalyst action
High aluminum porcelain balls are often used as support and cover materials for catalysts in reactors. It can buffer the impact of liquid and gas entering the reactor on the catalyst, effectively protect the catalyst, and improve the distribution of liquid and gas in the reactor, thereby improving the reaction efficiency.
High-Alumina Ball Desiccant action
High-aluminum porcelain balls are also used as desiccants due to their excellent adsorption properties. It can absorb and decompose water vapor in the environment, maintain a dry environment, and prevent moisture from affecting equipment and products. In specific applications, such as in the manufacture of hollow glass, high-aluminum porcelain balls are poured into the aluminum strip as desiccant, and by high continuous heat dissipation, high absorption and decomposition of water vapor in the glass, keeping the hollow glass transparent and bright.
