SS304 Metal Pall Ring

1. Pall ring material and characteristics

304 metal pall ring packing material: 304 stainless steel, with good corrosion resistance and high temperature adaptability.

304 metal pall ring packing chemical composition: nickel (Ni) content 810.5%, chromium (Cr) 1822%, carbon (C) <0.08%, material density 7.95g/cm3.

Features:

High strength, large elastic modulus, not easy to break, easy to load and unload and clean.

Acidic medium resistant, wide operating temperature range (-196℃~800℃), with excellent low temperature strength and mechanical properties.

2. 304 metal pall ring packing structure and function

Pall ring structure design: 304 stainless steel pall ring is an open-hole ring packing with equal height and diameter, which is improved on the basis of Raschig ring packing. The ring wall is provided with windows with inwardly extending tongues. Each layer of windows has 5 tongues, each of which bends inward and points to the center of the ring. The positions of the upper and lower layers of windows are opposite and staggered.
