Pall ring structural features

The Pall ring filler is made of thin metal plate punching, and two rows of window holes with inner protruding tongue leaves are opened on the ring wall.

Each row of windows has five tongue leaves bent into the ring, pointing toward the center of the ring, almost matching each other at the center.

The positions of the upper and lower window holes are staggered with each other, and the total area of the opening is generally about 35% of the entire ring area.

Pall ring material and shape

Pall ring material: mainly divided into three types: metal, ceramic and plastic. Metal materials include 304, 316, 316L, carbon steel, 201, etc.; plastic materials include PP, RPP, CPVC, PVDF, PVC, etc.

Pall ring shape: Plastic Pall ring fillers are generally divided into rice font shapes, # font shapes, + font shapes, etc., and there are other special-shaped Pall rings.

Large flux: Due to the opening of the ring wall, the airflow channel of the Pall ring filler is more unobstructed and the processing volume is large.

Low resistance: The unique structure allows less resistance to airflow when it passes, and reduces energy consumption.

High separation efficiency: the gas-liquid distribution is more uniform, improving the separation efficiency.

High operating elasticity: strong adaptability, suitable for a variety of operating conditions and working conditions.
