CPVC Plastic Pall Ring


CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl chloride) plastic pall ring is a highly efficient bulk land filler specially designed for harsh working conditions. 1. Structural characteristics of CPVC pall ring

The CPVC pall ring is an improvement on the traditional raschig ring filler. It adopts a cylindrical shell and has two regular windows on the ring wall. Each window has a tongue bent toward the center, forming a multi-layer gas-liquid contact channel. The upper and lower windows are staggered, and the opening area accounts for about 30% of the total area of the ring wall. 2. CPVC pall ring material characteristics

CPVC pall ring corrosion resistance:

CPVC material can withstand corrosive media such as strong acids (such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid), strong alkalis, organic solvents and chlorine, and is better than ordinary plastics (such as PVC) or metal fillers. For example, sodium hypochlorite solution and dilute alkali solution can still tolerate at 100°C.

CPVC pall ring high temperature resistance:

The long-term use temperature can reach 90-110°C (depending on the specific grade), and it withstands higher temperatures in the short term, and is suitable for high-temperature process environments. Its Vicar is better than other thermoplastics.

CPVC pall ring mechanical strength:

It is lighter than ceramic or metal fillers, but has high mechanical strength, is impact-resistant and is not prone to deformation. For example, at 100°C, the tensile strength of the CPVC bale ring can still reach 50MPa.
